Yes, AAA+! I received mine a couple weeks ago and am very happy with them. This is not a high end $5000 dollar doll. But she’s not a cheap novelty item from the store either. She’s exactly what you want for the price. A decent inexpensive product. I think this is a good first doll for someone who wants to try dolls. But don’t want to take out a loan to buy it. I was pleasantly surprised that their customer service was courteous and responsive.
